The staff was great, room was clean and
train didn't bother us at all.

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Very quiet in the hotel when we were there.

If you are looking for a basic, good hotel, just a few miles from the SEATAC airport, this could be the hotel for you. Try to avoid first floor rooms, the pool and work out rooms are there, and there is a peculiar smell. From the back side of the hotel, you can see and hear passing trains. We loved the pool.
Could use updated rooms.

Great for family's pool was very nice not to much chlorine. The breakfast was nice and the area was kept up and clean.

The continental breakfast was very disappointing.

The continental breakfast was a closet compared to other quality inns. We look forward to our biscuits and gravy and were disappointed. We travel almost weekly for sports competitions and have always stayed at a quality inn. The pool, Jacuzzi, and workout room was perfect for the family. ...read more

It was close to a store.
The staff was not nice and it had spiders!

There was a huge spider in our bathroom and my four year old daughter found it. There was a smashed up spider on the wall of the pool facility and there were not any towels. The manager on duty was not friendly at all and the breakfast had 2 bananas, 1 hardboiled egg and a couple of pieces of bread. It was just I and my 8 year old son and 4 year old daughter. We could not have eaten even if we wanted to. I only stayed at this one because I enjoyed the Federal way hotel so much and they were booked. I even went back to the Federal way hotel on 7/13/07 with my kids for a stay. ...read more
